P0031

So I just installed my tomei UEL headers, over pipe and tanabe front pipe. after the installation the CEL came out right away so I decided to buy the OFT to tune my car and to get rid of the CEL. Now my problem is the CEL is still there after tuning it with the stage 2 UEL 93oct. the code is P0031. How will I get rid of the CEL?Help please.

You installed some hardware which resulted in a hardware fault, which you decided to solve with software.

Go fix and/or replace your oxygen sensor which you damaged or plugged in reverse (dunno how that would even be possible).

google this "P0031 subaru"
as above its likely stuffed front 02 sensor

the code you get with catless header is P0420 cat efficiency this is disabled in oft stage2 tunes.

the tune is fine your have an o2 sensor issue to fix

read the Basic Bolt on Mods guide link below in pretty colours its got some tips in it to reduce your chances of stuffing the next sensor, ie run a thread tap through o2 sensor bungs in header so you dont need to force them in.

you might have also blown the "efi htr" fuse see here if the wiring is damaged or the o2 heater went short circuit
