2023 My BRZ orders are back open. - Toyota GR86, 86, FR-S and Subaru BRZ Forum & Owners Community

I work at a Bay Area dealership and as of this morning, Subaru's ordering portal for 2023 BRZ is open and accepting new orders for March delivery. I figured there may still be some people lurking in here that have been waiting, and wanted to get an order placed.

Happy to answer any questions about the process if you guys have them, or if your local dealership is telling you something weird/sus.

Thanks for the news! One of my buddies was out in California last month for a work trip and Turo'd one, so he's aching to order one. I'll let him know ordering is open!

Spot on, I got a call from my Central Cali dealer saying they can order one if I was interested. Placed my order today, arriving in March.

With a March delivery I'm kinda debating if I should just wait for a 2024 BRZ in July and hope the Performance Package comes back...but I can always cancel my order if I change my mind.

Just fyi, order slots are allocated by store and the order system was never closed. So it's possible other stores have had orders available and it's also possible not every store received available order slots recently.

Found out Thursday,called 'em Friday,cut a deal Saturday,SOA e-mailed me with an order confirmation#Monday,arriving in March! Life is good!

BTW This is my 1st post.
