No start after TOB swap

Sooo, today I finally got the final parts for my TOB swap. Put in new input shaft cover, new TOB and fork and got everything back in the car. Everything went smooth for the most part, expect when I tried to start it. Nothing. Nada. Sometimes rarely I will hear a click but most times I dont. I checked the voltage on the battery and it showed 12.4V so I charged it a lil bit and still nothing. Decided to run codes. Got this whole slew of codes. Cleared all and 3 permanent codes stayed. Then I put it in 2nd pos on the key and heard some super weird noise in the engine bay. Cant figure out what it is, but sounds like some weird high pitched static noise. I can hear fuel pump priming when I turn key to pos 2 and I checked my clutch pedal and the sensor that sees if its pressed down works just the same as before. Car sat for a week while I waited for parts, but honestly I have no idea what it is. I checked the two grounds, on top of trans and bolted up to starter corner where it meets tranny, and both seem fine honestly. The only thing is the signal wire to the starter seemed to be covered in dried oil, but I looked at other brz motors for sale and most were like that. I cleaned out the inside of it with MAF cleaner and a pic and did the best I could. Don't know what to do next, any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks

Edit for all who care. Fixed it by tightening the stud that holds the plate, it's the nut right next to the one that holds the main power lead. My stud was crooked so the plate wasn't fully held down, a tiny bit of play but after tightening it with the impact it works fine!
