Haha! Every time I get suckered into reading a "newsletter" or watching one of those videos that don't actually give you any information as I get into them I start thinking 'why are you even bothering to write this shit up, just "work" a few minutes a day and drink margaritas the rest'.

Yep, I reckon, these days, it would be quite easy for a person to read the situation and make a move in the stock market.

Here's how. If you are in tuned with the world economic situation and you think the market will go down - sell stocks. If you think the market will go up - buy stocks. Yep, buy high and sell low.

Or is it the other way around? I always get confused about that -

Anyway, if I was right and implemented my strategy, I wouldn't be on THIS forum - I'd be on the Porsche forum -

I wish I could run to stay in shape. If I ran for 2 miles I wouldn't be able to walk for two days afterwards.

Guess now is as good a time as any to play with some carbon fiber.

Most of the crew is handling it well, however, both the divorce and pregnancy rates have increased drastically on board. Most are catching up on hobbies, and binge watching 20th century westerns.

We do have many sick on board. We could sure use more tricorders. The one Bones has is being passed around more than an Orian slave girl.

We are also experiencing a shortage of toilet paper and have resorted to coffee filters and Klingon Talons. Don't ask me how that works. Paper items seem to be the only items the replicator cannot replicate since Spock was bored and took it apart.

To be continued....
I very much enjoy your captain and caption.

I used to hate running when I was younger. (At NMMI, we would go on fun runs all the time.) So when I graduated, I stopped for a few years. But before my 30th B-Day, I decided to get back in shape. Been a runner ever since. I'll be 40 in a couple months.

I was in Alpha Troop Recon Platoon. Hoo-raw!

It's never too late! "Couch to 5k" worked for me! My friend turned me on to the website (now it's an app) many years ago. Ran a 24.32 minute 5k my first time!

My joints just can't handle the pounding of running anymore. I have torn the labrum in my right hip, torn meniscus in the left knee that develops into a bakers cyst if I push it too hard, and a couple discs that give me issue. I have to make sure I do low impact activities.

I can sympathize with you. I crushed my T6 vertebrae in a roll over crash when I was 20. Took me 8 years to rehab. And that's not my knees!

My doctor said I would eventually have to stop. He suggested water activities and cycling.

I hope your not in pain every day.

Damn hope that one doesn't come back on you in the later years. I am mostly pain free as long as I don't overdo it. There are some days that things just seem to get inflamed and those are no fun.

Cycling is good, if you get into it make sure you get fit for a bike. A lot of places will do it for free. Bad ergo's can make it an unpleasant hobby. I need to buy a road bike as all my mountain bike spots are not close by.

I got skinnier high pressure tires for my MTBike.
1.5" 90lb pressure go a lot quicker and they're lighter too.
Getting rid of the knobs makes a lot of difference.
