I got the DBA T3 4000 series rotors, with hawk plus pads, and stoptech stainless steel lines all front and back...so i def hear ya on keeping the rotors and brakes as cool as you can get (because they weren't cheap)...

I recently just ran over a cat which messed up my front bumper and turn signal lights...(it was a big cat) so i got this GT APR bumper and air duct system off this guy for cheap...will be installing that soon

You do any autocross or track events at all? Just moved out here so not sure whats good around here.

I haven't done any events out here. I did a track day or two back in Tucson before I came down here. The last track day I did I managed to get a pyrometer from work and had front rotor temps above 1000 degrees after about a mile cool-down drive.

If you're not at the hobby shop tomorrow doing installs, a couple of us are going for a drive down south, will be leaving pretty early though.

if any of you are going to be here for a while check out this site : motorsportranch.com

its about 2 hrs away and they do track events, really nice place. I am hoping to run in Jan or Feb if the wx is nice like last year. Definitely in for a meet soon. I'm not headed to Dallas on the 7th to run, things came up.

Someone want to suggest a place? We did a weekly Buffalo Wild Wings get together back in Tucson before I came here, could work here unless someone has a better suggestion.
