side skirt damage

hello,
I have a Rs 1.0 frs and I side swiped a curb a month ago. To my surprise its yellow under the black on the side skirts, so i tried to fix it myself and did a shit job. whats worse is the paint doesnt match. I used matte black touch paint. Anyone know what color this black on this side skirt is?

Called a toyota dealership and they were stumped and they called toyota and stumped them too. The dealership said best bet would be paint code 202, dude said toyota has been using since like the early 2000s. Gloss black.

Ill buy it and update for others.

I'd try something like SEM's Trim Black.

exactly what i would do. anything spraying is going to require masking off other area's, and will likely never match exactly, so if you start chasing perfection, you'll end up re-spraying the entire side skirt.

Yes precisely. Plus all of the rock chips and other damage it will eventually collect.

The side skirt is so low to the ground that sharpie repair will easily pass the eye test unless you're staring at it (kind of like touch up paint). I have white duct tape holding the bottom part of my TRD-style front lip together since I shattered it at the track. The viewing angle is low and the color is close enough that some days even I forget that I did that.
