My most problematic teammate at work announced to the team yesterday that in January he'll be transitioning to "part-time" work (3 days a week) so he can focus back on his music (he's a 'conductor' and pianist).

Sounds good, but then I realize he already rushed on shit and I can't imagine him being patient if he's almost finished with something on a Wednesday and knows he won't be back till the following Monday. If anything, I think it'll make his rushing on work even worse.

I have found that if I get up and repeat my pre going to bed routine, then go back to bed, it helps me go to sleep -
