it sounds like you put more thought into it than most people on this forum. i would say do the house, finance the kit, and tell yourself I am paying for it with my ROI from my home improvements

I just can't think of a way to make it work. I would have so much more disposable income if we were not forking over $1400 a mos. In student loans. Love the idea about ROA from house projects but that's only fooling myself. I didn't know their was a vendor that would finance this. Not that its a bright idea either but still.

I had a freak issue after installation (professional installation) that one of the pressure sealed hoses in the picture came loose and purged most of my oil from the engine. A few clamps have secured it now. Its gonna be hard to find too many people with issues with this kit. At this point, since my kit was second hand, I can't tell if this was an issue from the factory or from removal/installation that caused my issue.

Forgot to say I was referencing 914_white_FRS' comment

I challenge you to find one 😉

But to answer your question, no.

I'm obviously not saying spend money you don't have, but there's always *something* that's considered better to spend the money on besides a car (if you have the disposable income).
I could have put the money on my house but it's essentially a drop in the bucket so I said screw it and ordered a kit.
Otherwise I probably wouldn't have ever ordered it.
