So i actually have the OFT/OFH combo as well as a Fiesta ST.

Do you get that great big surge of speed in second gear like in the Fiesta? NO

That's because in the ST you are building boost in 1st gear and then you get it in second. You need a turbo for that.

Is the added torque and hp noticeable? Yes. Quite a bit actually.

However its one of those things that initially you wont notice it as much...but over time you realize how much it did add. I'm about to go back to stock tune and headers (reverting to sell a few things before i install my new Edelbrock kit) so i'll let you know how different it feels to lose the header AND tune.

I don’t have an ST and haven’t driven it too much but my friend does with a CAI and our cars are evenly matched in a roll from 2nd gear. I have the Gruppe-s UEL header and overpipe with stock FP and Catback. K&N drop in filter and Mishimoto intake tube as well. OFT Stage 2 93 oct. His car does kick a bit more in second so he has me at first then they even out. From what I can tell it’s like the same amount of power just distributed differently.

You won't have to work yourself or the car nearly as hard to stay with traffic.

OFT and E85 is a no-brainer real performance boost for 500 bucks.

I have a 2017 BRZ with a JDL UEL and the new version 4 stage 2+ OFT tune and it totally transformed the car. I actually feel that it pulls pretty hard now. I only wish that I had e85 in my area.

Yup. I find our cars tend to be faster after Stage 2 tune and header combo. I'm running E85 right now and 0-60 is faster than a stock Fiesta or Focus ST.

Stg 2 93 made my car like a new car altogether. Wow what a difference that made. Then going on E85 was like another wow.

Friend of mine took a video of me doing 0-60, with quite a crappy launch, and it looked to be at most 6 seconds, maybe a bit more, does that sound about right?

These cars suck at a real world 0-60 time but an e85er will do it under 6 seconds with a hard launch. I easily beat a 17 miata with mine and I only have header and e85 tune.

Motortrend tested the 2018 wrx 0-60 at 6.2 seconds. So it’s doable. They weight about 600 pounds more, and have 268hp and 258ftlbs of torque.
