Visconti Tune STG 1 Pump Gas Help

I installed the tune about 3 weeks ago but the file that was sent to me seems to be missing features.

On map 2, 2nd gear rev limit should be 8k, but I'm getting fuel cut off at 7800 still. I can't seem to get launch control to work. No 0-60 or 1/8 mile display.
Either I'm not doing something right or I don't understand the functions.

Any info on how it works would be great.

You have a manual I assume? If not, then you don't get a raised RPM limit. Submit a log for a updated tune.

As far as I know the 0-60 and 1/8 features were removed because they caused other problems and were not all that accurate. I never use or used them, so I'm not sure.

0-60 and 1/8th mile timers were removed because of an issue they were causing with the gas guage.

The launch control is really picky IMO..have to be at a full standstill...then neutral..back to first...finally.,..floor it. You can't half-ass it otherwise it won't work. It should catch at 4k. You can adjust it from there.

Your redline limit...7800 is higher than stock...but I would just talk to Visconti about it.

quick question - why do you need a 8K redline? This car is actively losing power @ 7K. Seems stupid.

Its really only for 0-60...8k redline allows hitting 60 mph without shifting to 3rd gear.

Have you raised a ticket with John? Cause I know from reading all the other threads like this...

"Raise a ticket so I can track it" (which is a good thing for you as these threads go missing all the time).

Raising a ticket on his support site? I sent a message on Thursday on the site, but I haven't had a response yet.

Maybe launch control was taken away also. I still can't get it to work. haha
