I dont think it sounds better on the video game.
I'll admit that video (which I've also seen and noticed its kinda amplified in my own watching) isn't what makes me feel like its genuine sounding. There are definitly better videos where the bass capture isn't so high. Unlike a game, the engine and revs respond correctly to all the real world inputs - you wont here a rumble strip effect the engine like it does in real life, engine braking is also not properly captured in games. Thats why its more genuine. And your 86 video - sounds louder than usual in cabin noise from my memory (but hey I only ever owed the OG model stock). |

What track is that? I hope it's not Tsukuba 2000... 1:12 is not impressive at all given the weight reduction, crazy sticky tires and other mods.
Edit: They didn't touch aero so it's not that bad? I don't know, 1:12 is just sad to hear. Last edited by Dylans47; 12-04-2021 at 03:33 AM. |

That same Forest raceway that the brz and gr86 were launched at. I quoted the earlier post of the same timings achieved by DK in the same track during the launch days.

Would consided Torsen differential also to be a "mechanical differential". Would be curious to know what differential is attributed here to have superior tracking performance?
