Found a JDM GR86 steering wheel with airbag for sale and was wondering what I'd have to do to get it working on my '13 FRS. It looks extremely similar to the 17-20 wheels so perhaps it is the same process.

dont know if this is all you really need to look out for or if it even matters but our cars at least in the states use two plugs for the airbag, japan 1.

Besides the wheel, you would probably need the angle sensor and clock spring. Maybe more stuff like a subharness.

The wheel will fit, you won't need any more parts.

For the air bag, your best bet is to find one for a 2017+ Toyota 86 because as mentioned air bag detonator could be different.

But the buttons won't do anything since you have a 2013 car. You could find a JDM trim steering trim for the base model 86 2017+, they don't have any button on it.
