When I contacted Bilstein they had shut down their in house revalve and service and pointed me to PSI in Sonoma CA. That might have changed though.

I used an 8” 325# spring up front with no issue, no tender, no good pictures unfortunately, you shouldn’t have much issue getting the ride height you want with some fiddling. I also used a stiffer 7” at some point iirc but my front were always pretty close with minimal spring preload so I only ever used helpers in the back iirc.
Thank you I think I'm just going to go with 6'' 5k springs with a helper spring which should be within the stock valving window. I found this thread and the guy seems to have liked the setup https://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=103830 The reason why I want to revalve is I think they need to be rebuilt the ride is a bit bouncy so if I'm going to have them rebuilt I might as well revalve them.
