of course I got two v2 ft86 speedfactory catbacks and both had some serious shit welds too.
there is a reason shops like evasive and jdl, rev works etc. do the work on the cars they do.
When i had my FRS i ordered an intake from FA20Club and had it powdercoated white, i intended to do a review on it and help him sell some intakes but it was such poor quality i sent it back for a refund. I got it in 3 different shipments, filter came in first, then 2 terribly welded and finished (looked like white spray paint) pipes, and finally just a box of assorted couplers and clamps. I paid around $225 for this but did finally get a refund after a couple of weeks.

I have a Cadillac ATS 2.0T now and an excellent fabricator built me a catch can and intake setup that has beautiful welds and excellent powdercoat and it was only $250 for everything. The hoses came pre-installed, clamps and couplers were on the pipes. It was awesome, like 10 minutes to install.

Was contemplating the FA20Crap header and then turbo kit next year....so glad I went P&L, even though their kit is much pricier...you get what you pay for.

Well, if anything goes wrong with it, it is now 100% in your hands.
I just wouldn't take anymore chances and I definitely don't think they deserve your money.
If the items are not as described/fraudulent activities, I don't see why this would be an issue for paypal or credit card company to rectify the situation.

This forum is turning into bad vendors... And silenced people. *sigh*
Is turning? It went as far back as 1 year ago when visconti was king and people were silenced for stating facts about his awesome tuning.

vendors that are named after a new platform, or specialize in a new platform only are a huge red flag.
they clearly have no past to look back on and are simply trying to quickly capitalize on new market money.

He should have just stuck to tuning but the money starts coming in and things change. I was a huge supporter of Toni at first after trouble with Visconti but he just got too many irons in the fire.

This is why I stick with companies that have a rep across many platforms. Great fabricators are asked to make parts for more than one platform.

This is exactly what happened to me. Not to mention he sent me back an intake without a recirc bung. He took weeks to send me one that he expected me to install myself.

I just gave up and left it on a shelf in my garage.

It does cost more, but is also more "complete." I'm targeting the end of feb for an install.

He made fun of a vendor. That is n...

What could it mean...?

Hit me up at nasioc (@maxplanck over there) and I'll pass it along.

I'd like to be wrong on this one and find out it was just some fat finger mistake or misunderstanding.

My FA20Club intake welds were shit too. I installed it still because I was in a rush. Now that I never drive the car and the oil cooler is gone, I'm switching back to a stock intake.
