Getting alignment done. Sadly need rear adjustable toes, to get it within the spec... which sadly forgot to ordered. Well more like I was hoping I don’t need to get adjustable toes. O’well, getting em later

This is why I can't bring myself to start modifying my suspension. It's just a lot had to be done at the same time to be right, and so much research to avoid pitfalls. I'm sure the same would have happened to me.

Well, I just did lower springs (Eibach Pro-Kit), so wasn’t expecting needing adjustable toe arms. Usually need those when you drop more than 1”. Keyword “usually”. Also I’m off 0.4 degrees off from Max OEM require spec (1.9d).

But yes, if you’re doing suspension upgrade, do your research or ask the expert for an advice

Careful when buying toe arms. Some require an eccentric lockout which they don't mention and sell separate.

I have SPC LCA, so I was thinking of going SPC toe arms. Don't remember needing Lockout, but I'll double check.

Depends on damage & cost. Cheaper to rebuild the engine or replace the engine.

Hey, @ScoobsMcGee, any insider info on Phobos? There seems to be little info available. Asking for a friend.

Disclaimer: Not sober.

No direct experience, but it seems to target smaller companies. It also seems to be popular with the Ransomware as a Service crowd, which is a thing now. It was most popular late 2019, and seems to be less common now. Sadly no decryption tools on https://www.nomoreransom.org/en/decryption-tools.html, however you can try the Dharma decryptor. It likely won't work. Looks like the detection you listed is actually for Revon, which evolved from Phobos, which originated from Dharma / CrySIS.

The entire family seems to most commonly propagate via compromised RDP connections, so if the victim has RDP publicly accessible, either they have a compromised password or are missing some Windows updates for RDP vulnerabilities form last year. If not, it was likely via an emailed link or executable.

It does delete shadow copies, so the only real restore method is recovery from backups if available. If not, the ransom seems to have about average successful recovery and is lower cost than most. As always, paying the ransom is likely funding other criminal activity and results in a higher likelihood of being targeted again, but sometimes there is no choice.

Payment info: https://www.coveware.com/phobos-ransomware-payment
Revon info: https://www.myantispyware.com/2020/0...ncrypted-files
CrySIS info: https://blog.malwarebytes.com/threat...or-businesses/
More Phobos: https://blog.malwarebytes.com/threat...os-ransomware/
Most likely RDP exploit if applicable: https://portal.msrc.microsoft.com/en.../CVE-2019-0708

Note: Ignore the removal instructions and tools. If the ransomware ran, it is already too late. Reimage (restore to company or manufacturer default) the affected machine and recover from backup. If the ransom is paid, backup the files once restored and reimage the machine anyway.

The fun part about ordering anything from Perrin is that even an air filter comes with about 17 stickers. Any time I work on the BRZ the neighborhood kids ask what I'm doing, and I give the stickers away. I'm not sure where they end up, but I hope there is a stock CRV somewhere with Perrin, Harrop, Tein, Cusco, and Xero Limit stickers on the bumper.
