Ehhh... It's grown on me the Lexus, probably why I didn't dislike the 86 front either. I'm totally cool with both....I can't seem to think of a good looking like everyone agreed was a good looking Lexus except the LFA correct me if I'm wrong like always haha

I like the RC 350 but I'd probably change the bumper lol

Just by a crashed 13 front and save some money, as they look alike.

I'm in agreement on the grill going up to the hood but on the flip side, I would much rather the 86 hood went down to the grill/moustache rather than cutting a black line across the car between the headlights.

I'm sure they primarily did that because it made it easier to have different noses, but that, and along with the window opening not lining up with the fender vent are the two things I dislike the most about the exterior cosmetics.

I have no problem with the mustache but now I can't unsee the fender vent alignment with the window.

Just sharing the love on that one....
.
As far as the mustache, that isn't what I have a problem with (although I prefer it hidden like it is on the 13-16 FRS), it's the black line across the hood/bumper cover I don't like (as in your avatar). At minimum it should be at the crease where the nose goes down at the bottom of the headlights.

So, I saw the new 2017 86 in person for the first time and.....it looked different than I expected. I'm actually very impressed with how much better it looks in person. So much so that I will likely be getting one. I think I'll wait until next year though and keep the wrx through the winter and see what trims they offer, and if they have the TRD parts available by then to us US guys. Also, want to wait to see if we have any actual details on the Supra by then. It will be one or the other

I'm kinda like you, I got this car only to probably keep till my pay off. I'm waiting for the supra myself. Hopefully it's somewhat affordable like a Corvette and not GTR territory in price.

That seems to be the majority opinion, that it looks better in person. Their graphics and photo department sucks a little bit.

Yeah, or what the GTR was originally when it came out in 08, around 80k. If it ends up being NSX pricing then there is no way I'll get one. Rumor is they will have various versions so that should give a few different price points. (is it's true of course)

I couldn't agree more. I was very impressed. The rounded front looks great, and the car looks overall more aggressive.

Saw it in person and still do not like. To me it still has far too many conflicting angles compared to the rest of the car.

I get they were tying it to the rest of the line up with a more aggressive look but I like simple lines. The unbroken angler flow from the front bumper to the rear was what attracted me to the car in the first place.

Now mind you I really like the Cb bumper flow since it is pretty old school but many would not think it aggressive enough.
