@warhawk03
That's pretty extreme. If you have camber bolts, check those to make sure one isn't accidentally in the wrong way, making you lose negative camber on that side! |

I’m looking at a used set for a pretty good price but both fronts have tears in the dust boots. How difficult would it be to replace those? I’ve swapped the oem springs so would the process be fairly similar?

How cushy are these?
my bad if this has been answered in this thread. I've been diving into comfort opinions on the CSG Tien A's and someone said it could be as comfortable as a Lexus. I'm not mad at that, is that true?

If you back the damping way off, it will literally drive like a luxury boat. It'll float over things, and also handle like doodoo, but feel quite cushy. Think Lexus ES or LS, not IS/GS. Or a Merc E class, non-AMG.

On any other strut, it can damage the seals inside. Then you end up with a leaking strut. Keyword: "Can". Very likely the same with these.

I only turned the shaft a few times, so hopefully, I didn't ruin the seals. Did a quick inspection on them today and so far no leaks. I guess time and mileage will tell. Ugh, I'm kicking myself in the head for doing that.
