You're not kidding, it almost looked CGI it moved so fast out of sight.

If you want to geek out on the Apollo LEM Guidance Computer this is the best detailed explanation I've heard. The guy is also relatively humorous. Watching this while I build the LEGO LEM kit I got for Christmas. My now all-time favorite explanation of the 1202 error Apollo 11 saw on landing:

Those core memory modules were still in use when I was in the navy. I used to repair them. It is/was known that the magnetic polarity of those ferrite beads could only be flipped so many times before they could no longer be set. There were extras added so they could be wired in place of the dead ones.

I loved the Q&A question about cosmic radiation impacting the data. I'm sure the person was serious, but I know why it was asked. Cisco uses that as an actual cause of issues in their router programming. Twice in 20 years, I've had them tell me that a core switch went down because of "cosmic radiation" and once you restarted it, it will be fine. I get it, but really? If your equipment is that sensitive, maybe you should shield against it.

That's the irritating thing about cosmic rays.
You can't just Faraday them away. They come in all sorts of interesting eV profiles. Some still drop through lead ore caverns.

"WEBB IS FULLY DEPLOYED!
The largest, most complex telescope ever launched into space is fully deployed." I'm suggesting the Webb Telescope is more complex than our refrigerator. Note well: I'm only making the claim for our fridge. I would hate to make a broad generalisation. Off topic but slightly related. One of my brothers has a small farm about a 2 hour drive from home. It is wayyyy beyond city lights. I have often thought about buying a telescope and parking it at said farm. Reality sets in when I think that with the exception of solar observation, astronomy takes place at night when I would rather be in bed.

I've been to the dark sky park in Michigan. It's crazy. Also people are idiots, flashlights are forbidden but evidently phone lights are fine? Messes up your eyes bad.
