What is the correct U.S. Front & Rear Rotor?

Can anyone else with a 2016 or any year FR-S tell me what size and type of rotors they have? Are your rears vented or solid?

I'm shopping for rotors and I see options for either 294mm fronts with vented rears, or 277mm fronts with solid rears...

I measured the fronts and I can see the rears are solid so I know I have the smaller brakes. I know I can just order what I need...

The reason this has me bothered looking further is that I just checked TIS for a 2016 FR-S, and TIS only lists 294mm front and vented rear rotors as spec, I'm wondering if my car was some sort of anomaly (bought it new/ordered it myself). I thought the FR-S in the U.S. was single-spec and other countries had the 2 options...

Thanks.

your fronts are 277mm then?

my '14 has vented rear rotors to the best of my knowledge..

i believe the only difference in braking systems was the brembo option in the '15+ cars...

I don't think the US ever came with solid rears/small fronts. Always the larger brakes with vented rears. Some one please correct me if i'm wrong.

The brembo's became optional with the '17+ face-lift cars. '13-'16 was still same brakes

OK I felt the need to respond to my thread in case anyone searches brake sizes and finds this thread.

I was dead wrong. This is what I get for "measuring" with the wheels on and looking at rotors in a rushed manner, again through the wheels.

I in fact do have the 294mm rotors and vented rears. Phew. Ordered and installed the right rotors with my pads.
