The fender logo positioning doesn't seem to be random. For example, R32 Skyline, RX-7 Spirit R, Fairlady Z?

The design team could be totally different now on the 86 Project.

Yep, aftermarket doesn't have to consider car warranty, longevity, etc. Reminded me of this:

That's probably where the twins got its front macpherson strut suspension design inspiration from.

Or maybe one of the 1,000s of other similar ones on cars for a few decades now.

i dunno, i like it on the r32 and the original z but on those cars the positioning isn't random. it appears right above the horizontal body line, making it look neat and tidy. the positioning on the 86, spirit r, and the 370z are too right in the middle for me. not high enough or low enough.

Not to mention that this car is not any of those others so why try to emulate them? What was wrong with it having an emblem in it's own unique (relatively) place?

Actually rear, they worked on it... but other department wanted to tackle it, so they changed the design a bit, it work better for other department.

I think, I've said too much. I'm just gonna shut up.

Nothing is worse than a moderator who claims to have knowledge they cant talk about.

Please ask Tada-sama to set us straight.
