In case any one needs it, the Subaru part number for the tapping screw is: 904500024. I just ordered some so I can finally install the speaker panels. They've been sitting on my shelf for months.

I found them for .08 a piece with 4 dollars for shipping from subaruparts.com

@makalaka: Your price from Subaruparts is good! Generally shipping to Alaska kills any "deals" found online. Most places will only ship UPS Blue or Next Day or whatever is more expensive.
