so people whats your opinion, what would you do? leave the engine or a swap?

i love this car, im definitively buying it on the future... this will be my daily driver but i want a 13 sec, maybe 12 sec car but i want the car to have great handling so i can drift sometimes so what would you do?

I've become cynical.

First people whine that its 25k, and some want to do engine swaps yielding 40k price tags with all said and done...i think thats why people are telling you to look elsewhwere

I'll be swapping out the FA for a twin turbo search engine.

My ideal situation is this:

FRS = right now
Lexus ISF = future (keeping the FRS)

So then i'll have one car for power, and one car for fun

So yeah no swapping, until sometime WAY down the line when its time to swap. That or if i get a thirst for power i'll just end up supercharging it anyways.

Engine swaps gonna be expensive and we really don't even know what we can fit in the bay yet.
Sure tuners can do it. But they gut out the entire engine bay, which will cost more time and money. Everything is all speculation, but let's wait till we actually drive the car, and know what the car is capable of performance wise

It's worth saying that the Exige is not setup for drift from the factory. ...nor is it $25k....or a daily driver.

Yep, I've got a full Corvette ZR1 LS9 engine swap ready to go in, because I'm buying a 25k sports car for the hell of it, and money is no object. Who needs a warranty, either?
