Stability control issue. HELP!

Hi, so I have a 2013 scion FRS I track. In October I wrecked it and I got it back driving recently, but theres a problem with the stability control. When I take some corners at speeds I did before the accident (the car is planted not sliding out or even close to) the stability control will activate sporadically and make the car becomes unstable. My buddy in a mechanics trade program say it might be a yaw sensor, but I can't find anything about that anywhere. Does anyone have any idea what's going on?

(Edit) also it only really happens when doing sharper turns, so could it be a steering position sensor? I just don't wanna drop a ton of money on something that may not be the problem.

Both the Yaw sensor (internal to the ABS/ESC control unit) and the steering angle sensor can be re-initialized with a scan tool that has OEM-level access.

If there are no diagnostic trouble codes, that's an easy first step.

That's not how traction control works though, unless something is really really wrong.

What's far more likely is that your alignment is different from before the crash.
Do you have a printout of the current alignment? Or from before the crash for that matter?
