Dodged two tickets.
Went through a bank parking lot and when turning into the drive-thru I squeeled the tires a little. Leave there and in the same lot next door is a Walgreens where I was grabbing some candy next.
As I walk up to the door of the Walgreens a sheriff is parked up front and asks me if he can talk to me. He then tells me the tire squeeling is a reckless driving ticket and I have a license plate cover which is another one.
He didn't give the tickets but said a lot of his fellow officers would have. I told him I would ditch the cover as I don't want to attract trouble for the next one that is in a bad mood. It was 9 pm and the lot was empty
so giving a ticket really would have been a huge d*ck move on the other one. Doing donuts or driftting I can see.... Luckily not all police are angry at the world and I ran into a calm one who had real crimes to deal with.

I squeal my tires all the time. that's part of the joy of stock tires. Drive in a parking deck with a smooth surface and it's hard not to.

Installed steering rack lockdowns and the STi steering bolts/spacers/nuts.
This was more effective than I thought it would be.

We drove our FR-S around the 370 square mile Mt Rainier National Park, with a day long, unobstructed by clouds view, of the 14,400 foot high, snow capped mountain.

Isn't that what these cars are for ??

Completed a pre-track day inspection.

Tomorrow is the first day I'll be on my RS-3's so it should be interesting and a great learning experience compared to stock tires.

Brings the accelerator an inch closer to the driver and some mm closer to the brake pedal to make heel-toe easier.

That would be the $25 and not $90 Perrin version: https://www.ebay.com/i/283033811714?ul_noapp=true

I really want one of those, but its hard to justify spending so much for just a chunk of machined aluminum lol
