Dual zone climate control toggle switch panel

Has a anybody retrofitted the dual zone climate control panel with toggle switches, and the push to start button to a newer 86 such as my 2017 ?
I don't care if the push to start doesn't work in fact I would be surprised if it did. What I wanted to know is the panel a plug and play with the wiring in my car so I can just use the Climate control and toggle switches to replace my three rotary knob panel? I did ask my parts department to send query to Toyota I never got a response
Thanks,
Ron

There's been quite a bit of work done on this. To retrofit there is a fair amount of customization to do. The end result was not quite fully functional single zone climate control.

To get a fully functional dual zone climate control, actuators/servos will have to be purchased and retrofitted to a dual zone HVAC panel (basically a step beyond the above link.) A previous vendor was developing a method (Workshop12/Braniac) and even had a list of parts posted, but they folded up the instant they learned there was not big investment dollars interested in their project.

Post your progress, I'm sure there are many that would be interested to see you take this to the next level.

Found the post and parts list...

Thanks for the reply. After looking at the posts and info, this is not what I was hoping for. Definitely not plug-and-play.

I have started working on my own following the steps but I ran into a few problems with sourcing out a few of the terminals for the relay. I have stopped the project for over a year and intend to restart it again. Will update if anything works. My plan is to have all the parts and harness done in summer so I can remove the AC in the winter time since I live in Southern California, it is too hot in the summer to not have AC
