Got a 1954 DeWalt radial arm that needs a home.
All cast iron and unlikely to tip over even with enthusiastic piloting.

Current housing code probably requires it to be anchored to the floor in case of an earthquake. At least 2 5/8 wedge anchors in an 18inch footing on opposite corners.

I can now say that the most obnoxious thing I've had to do as a homeowner is replace a single failed smoke detector in a wired system. That said, I'll probably replace the others next month now that I know the new version works with the old plugs.
