I did that the other day too. KBB said my trucks were $9k two years ago, and now $14k. It said $23k for my twin with 24k miles. I bought it for $25k! Crazy.

On the shortage front: I went to Cash & Carry the other day and shelves were half empty. Guy said they are having major problems keeping their warehouses stocked.

Could be. I considered becoming vegan again, second time around, but I already produce enough gas.

I've read a few places that together say the beef prices are increasing due to rising feed costs, transport fuel costs, more demand as the economy recovers and wages increase, and because I'm intrigued by conspiracies, possible price fixing by the Big Four suppliers.

It isn't just beef, the price for wild caught Alaskan salmon is through the roof but apparently overfishing due to sushi demand has depleted quite a few wild fish species.

Local Dungeness crab is still a good deal but what a PIA to clean.

Yeah, I’ve heard about low on the seafood due to more ppl are eating em. Watched some document that in 20yrs or so, no one will be eating tuna cuz everyone pretty much ate it

Yeah, I do love shellfish, I just hate prepping it and eating it.

How much of it do you eat though? My FIL is nuts and basically eats everything but the shell.

It's so ridiculous, every grass area at the complex has a poo bag dispenser and bin attached to it, they make it so easy to pick up after your dog if you're too cheap to get your own bags or forget to bring one with you. Yet people still don't pick up after their dogs.

Makes me wonder if they also don't wipe their butts after they poo.
That is annoying. One of the guys here brings his dog to work and doesn't pick up after him. It is so annoying. Basically made the only grassy area nearby unusable for anything else.

The two big claws and tail only, with melted butter and sliced sourdough bread.

Here's a cool story about an old timer from Maine with amazing stamina.

A century ago, these people and many more fishermen were lost at sea before the days of radio and radar weather forecasting. There's a large memorial to hundreds of them in Gloucester, MA.

I understand it's "gross" but a majority of the time you don't even actually touch the poop. It's honestly really easy to deal with. And if touching poop with a bag is too gross for you then why'd you get a dog? You realize they don't wipe their own butt and they still rub their bottoms on your floor or jump on your furniture, bed right??? lol
