I have met others who have echo'd my experience that have had it done by a pro on the dyno. My car feels pretty similar to the curve in this thread. I don't care though as long as it pulls 4k and up I am happy.

Nameless and ace designs are so unique compared to many other headers and compared to stock header. it takes a tuner 100s of hours of tuning/tweaking to fully be able to dial it in and be able to apply it to the end user and make final tweaks based on their specific mods for that end user.

I’ve seen that thread/dynos. I think they where partial throttle slowly ramping into WOT around 4-4.5k. (Typical for a lot of dynos, for traction and to be easier on engine/drivetrain) The ace 350 header especially has been thoroughly documented as completely eliminating any torque dip in the mid range. But that dyno still shows one. Also not sure that tuners specific experience with either of those two headers.

My IAT's look normal. I have melted the rear part the the fan shroud a tiny bit, but it's not noticeable unless you really look for it.
They did what nameless tried to, and came up with a better solution. Boom.

Edit: Also Nameless was a bit of a rush job. The prototype, I remember, did extremely well. They had subsequent revisions but it not very different from the proto. The OG-Unicorn, then came the Ace and P-Tuning shortly after Cosworth digs their design enough to put their name on it. That says a thing or 2.

Eh just about all catless EL and UEL headers make the same power and similar enough midrange on E85 and a catless exhaust. Pick your poison.

If that were true then I would have went from the tomei to the "medium-tube" header for absolutely no reason. And it would not have been paired to my engine till now, cause I would have dumped it for the obvious design flaw. I love this pipe. Am i 100% satisfied, no, but not too far off either.

Alright, however after an exhaust is catless and running E85, header design doesn't appear to be the limiting factor.
Top: Tomei UEL +E85

Bottom: ACE350+ E85

That fine, I have before and after dyno of tomei e85 vs my current setup. IT floating around somewhere on the internet, or maybe photobucket ate it. Secret word my friend is "Sweetspot"

I'll add the dyno to this post if I can find it. It's pretty damn obvious. Also I was referring to the EL Tomei.

Edit: Dont think I'm gonna try to convince you. If you can't figure it out, that's on you. It works, it works. Unless you really think I'd have something to gain from lying about something this stupid. I'm not a header salesman.

Not the one I was looking for, its on this forum somewhere circa 2015, I believe. For reference and comparison of output. 91gas before I worked my OCD magic. Witness the source of my happiness. (around 3600~6000 rpm) Quite the large "sweet spot," as so-and-so's mother once said to me. "STG2" is the Tomei EL baseline

I suppose I can spend another $1000 plus to get a bit more torque off idle to 3500rpm-ish, but I dont think its worth it for me, a thousand for a few torques where it doesnt matter quite that much. for $1000 I need at least a solid 10 HP gain overall. $100 per HP. Its my budget cap for any performance relate mod. If you can't get at least 1 hp per $100 spend, then the mod is a waste of money, IMO.

And just FYI for anybody that come across this. I've shared my earlier versions of my cam tables with Wayno (the one used to produce this graph). I'm sure he has developed a tune for it. Since this header seems like hot lava and nobody want to touch or tune it anymore. lmao

I'd call that torque dip erased

It is funny how high PTunings dyno reads. Regardless a solid result. Can't wait to get mine. I plan to do a before and after with Tomei UEL vs. JDL 4-2-1

Sounds good. I am sure many will be interested in the results. @justinco did a direct comparison with the Revworks UEL and the ACE 350 a while back: https://www.ft86club.com/forums/showthread.php?t=125559

I asked PTuning about that very thing once and they replied they do not use correction factors on their result. Ive seen as high as 227 whp from the in house tuner's car on E85..with their own PTuning header of course.

I wonder why they don't use SAE correction? Like otherwise the number is basically void when it comes to comparing different days haha.

I'd be more interested in seeing before/after 1/4-mile trap speeds, corrected for atmospheric conditions.

No header+tune for this car will get you anything like 30+ n.a. horsepower, no way no how...

Do we need to bring out the 30whp+ gains of the Ace350 on 91oct using the dyno of Saints?
