Did Tamar say the springs will still settle a bit? I was hoping for more of a drop;
As far as Swift, I wonder how that will be

well the gf210 has a higher spring rate and the lowest drop out of the products they have.
the df210 go the lowest with just a little more of a spring rate.

if you want to go for looks get the df210.
if you like to go for track with good stability get the gf210.

tanabe has great springs.

If you ever wondered how gf210 springs looks with 18x8 rims. :]
Tenzo 18x8 37 offset all around with 5mm spacers in the rear.
These wheels look greattt with the drop

I like how little of a drop these provide. If your not going to start modding the suspension geometry, and you are keeping the OE dampers these are looking like a very strong choice.
Right now almost everything else out there drops the car by more than an inch. The more you lower the car, the more the roll center geometry changes; this causes the car to have less natural roll resistance. (I suggest looking up "roll center geometry" if you want to learn why this is)

Also to give you guys some info:
Higher rates mean the dampers work harder. Rates can be looked at as a measurement of how much force it takes to compress the spring.
That means that if the swift are the same rate, and the same hight- they should put exactly the same stress on the dampers, no more or less.

Swift makes a good quality wire for their spring, but don't get too wrapped up in "they are magic".

so what springs do you recommend that would give the best overall combination of performance/value/longevity?

Thats a good question right?
Right now, these Grip Feeling look like a strong choice for exactly that. Price is very reasonable and quality is high being made in Japan.... Actually made in Japan (not all Japanese brands are).

I have a set of GF210, Eibach ProKit and Hotchkis coming in for customers so I will give feedback!

Keep in mind too, Eibach are the manufacture for a lot of the smaller tuner companies here in the USA.
Different rates, different hight... Same quality... thats a good thing! Price will vary quite a bit though.

Can anyone else chime in who have these installed and comment on ride quality and handling compared to stock?

I have spent a few hundred miles with the hotchkis, and about 50 with the Eibach ProKit thus far.

The Hotchkis work very well for crisp and more "speed" oriented handling (meaning the car responds quicker with the higher spring rates, and corners flatter). The nose behaves more like a typical sports car (BMW, Porsche). I actualy won't say that either are better unless your concerned with all out speed. I still like the very benign handling of the OE setup and had no problem with any cars under 400HP on the track with the OE springs/shocks. I did add adjustable rear control arms and front camber tops + camber bolts the third event because the stock rates are soft and the car rolls onto the outside of the rubber quickly.

The ProKit is very comfortable, even on 18" rubber. I think that will become the private label for the TRD USA spring kit. It's a nice balance of everything.

Both sets cause the rear suspension to load more, and the rear bushing deflection more pronounced. It adds a little more road noise, but the Whiteline positive traction kit compliments both spring sets nicely.

If your not going to the track, thus far the Eibach ProKit is very very nice for looks- and ride quality was barely deminished.

Did you need camber or other adjustments with the gf-210s?
