There is 0 difference when it comes to proper fitment, both fit into the lights.

i cant get the h1 to fit at all really. the black plastic part (which is slightly more than a half circle on H1) is too small to get caught by the clips. did you use h1 yourself? can you sneak a pic? did you use anything to clip it in(such as the plastic that comes around it)

uhm I'm using h1's the clips is annoying to get on, both sides had of the clip had to be done at the same time or the little metal washer would slip out of place.

If I want these, what all do I need to install them?

I keep reading about D2S, AMP, ballasts, H7 bulbs, etc.
Some I read need the original car to be the HID models. Some come with kits?

I'm about to buy a base model FRS.
I just want these or Winjet headlights, Valenti taillights, fog lights, and an aftermarket front indicator.

I don't want to buy anything I won't be able to use.

Any advice is appreciated!

i dont have after market headlights but i do have switchabacks for my car and you will need a led hyperblink module so they dont blink fast... i also have the winjet fogs and install was fairly easy it also comes with a fog switch so you can turn them on and off, i threw in yellow led's from ijdmtoy in the fogs and they give off a more yellow than a 3k hid bulb.. hope this helped you a little bit
