Downtown Toyota/Subaru Oakland
Anyone have any experiance with Downtown Toyota/Subaru? I just got condensation in my other tail light and its close to where I work (One Toyota is too I guess) so I was looking to maybe drop it off in the am and get shuttled to work and pick it up end of the day. Figured Since its Toyota and Subaru its the perfect place (especially for mechanical problems if they arise *knock on wood*)

Been to both. The service department of downtown subaru is actually combined with downtown toyota (big garage about a block from both showrooms). I've only stopped by to get some parts (good place btw, since they stay open till 7 and they are close to my wife's work). I personally have not gone there for service, but I at least know they've had a BRZ for sale (meaning they technically have a certified tech) and that my wife thought they were "ok" when she took her outback in for service (her only complaint was that they were a little slow in retrieving her car since they have them parked upstairs).
I've had One Toyota service my tacoma a couple of times. Only complaint was the shuttle service, which was both slow to drop me off and pick me up, but I guess that was to be expected since everybody drops off/picks up their cars before/after work. |

I tried going there for an oil change, but it was super busy on Saturday even with my 10am appointment. So, I just cancelled since I was in a bit of a rush. Rescheduled with Toyota near the Colliseum this Saturday. Besides that, nothing negative I can report besides them being super busy.
