I guess the thought was more do I want a Porsche. I go through phases where I want one but then realize I probably am better off with the FRS anyway. But there aren't any back roads here...

Everyone I know that went from twin to Cayman was not entirely happy with the change. Fear of putting on mileage. Fear of scratches/dings. Afraid to drive it on track. Dealing with DBags trying to street race them all the time. Porsche Tax.

They are great cars. My coworker went from an FRS to a 718 Cayman S that I got to drive. Wish it was manual instead of a PDK car. He sold it 3 months later, bought an M235i and is much happier.

Sure. I kinda figured it was along those lines. My brother's owned a couple. I've driven many over the years. There's a unique vibe to the rear-engine Porsche. Cayman's are nice overall but IMO, so are the twins. They're all fun.

Just dropped the BRZ off to get the spark plugs changed because... screw that. The shop gave me a loaner for tomorrow. There are currently 5 different phones paired with this thing, and 3 full address books. I'll be nice and wipe the infotainment back to factory defaults before I return it.

Due to boss not able to come in this morning, I had to come in (instead of coming in from noon). Now do I wanna stay til 9pm or go home at 6pm...
