3D Printing
Can anybody 3D print the JUN front air intake piece? Or make something very similar?

It would have to be in multiple pieces. That is pretty large. I don't know many people that have print beds larger then 300mm X 300mm.

Here's something interesting and useful to 3D print, a mask useful in fighting COVID-19.

It says it can be printed without supports, everyone I know that has printed it has had to add supports. Looking at it in Cura I agree do to the tabs for the elastic straps and because of the open end is not an even surface. On my machine this makes it a 7+ hour print.
It comes out okay but the edges need cleaned up quite a bit to make it comfortable. It is nice as it is easy to re-scale the mask to fit smaller or larger people and it can be shaped with a file to fit odd faces.

No problem. You could probably get away with no supports if you weren’t too concerned with a perfectly clean print. You will just get some stringing like this.
