Based on the chart above Americans are not only protecting our asses but are probably protecting our data too.

This! This right here is why I always laugh about people flipping out about being recorded. They are on camera in so many places. Privacy is hardly a thing anymore.

Since MY2010, most cars have been equipped with a built-in modem. Many cars sold today are "connected vehicles." It's the "internet of things" (IoT); it's all part of the beast system. Get ready for "smart" megacities that you won't be able to leave; they will be an unescapable digital prison. The smart age is not so smart...

I saw this the other day. There are 330 million people in the US, so the FBI has about 6% of our DNA, which basically means they have DNA on almost everyone. With a ratio of 15:1 (330:21, the average family has more than 15 people in their family tree that is alive in terms of close relatives like parents, grandparents, children, uncles and aunts, but in the extended family, it is thousands like 17,000 average (Source). This means they have all the data points they need to narrow their searches when trying to match DNA to a suspect. I get the Gattaca, Black Mirror and other dystopian concerns about DNA and data collection, but I can see some benefits.

FBI HOOVERING UP DNA AT A PACE THAT RIVALS CHINA, HOLDS 21 MILLION SAMPLES AND COUNTING

https://theintercept.com/2023/08/29/...-surveillance/

And then there is this: the first thing I thought was, 'So what you are saying is no one jaywalks now?" We need this stuff for flash mobs/retail theft, for a start.

I suspect (assume) that the implementation started with more luxury oriented brands/vehicles like Merc and BMW as they sought to bring to market early 'connected' technologies for 'safety and convenience' (though I think GM started this crap with OnStar in the mid 90's).

This assumption also leads me to believe that lower end models of vehicles, with less luxury and convenience features may have been available 'longer' without such connectivity.

I'm also surprised there is not more information/discussion on disabling these systems in auto enthusiast/tuner circles.

I'd imagine early systems would be easy to disable by simply finding and removing the communication's SIM card. Not sure when e-SIMs became mainstream, but if your vehicle uses an e-SIM it would not be that simple, but if tuners can crack ECU's and modify their parameters, surprised there is not an industry around 'cracking' infotainment systems to disable such functions..

No he didn't. He was just martyred for defending himself when people assaulted him.

Seriously, best solution ever! Death penalty for all crimes or for those suspected of a crime, without the need for due process. Just bang bang. All we need is to cut some fat off the constitution and broaden those stand-your-ground laws.

Kyle Rittenhouse is a Freemason. He is an agent in place. The whole thing is a psyop; all the world is a stage to these people.

There are steps you can take:

Step 1) Find the vehicles' communications antenna.

Step 2) Disconnect the communications antenna.

Step 3) Wait to see if anything negative happens that would make you want to reconnect the communications antenna.

Step 4) Leave communications antenna disconnected if no signs of negative operation.

Personally, I never connect my cell phones to any vehicles' "infospying" system. I've also chosen to de-google my phone, I no longer allow it to update, and I use apps that I trust and that are open-sourced as much as possible in an attempt to allow as little information to leak out as I can. I go through all of my settings to make sure things like location services and app usage access are turned off or disabled, and that encryption is turned on and I refuse to use any of those "free" cloud services.

My home WiFi has been locked down by changing the user password and with MAC address filtering.

Although, I know some data will still get out, there are just too many companies out there that want it. It's like crack to an addict or an ID to a law enforcement officer.
