So here's the car packed for the track. No issues with weight on the kit at all.

Ordered this right now, I can't wait!

Always thought about getting this since release. I took a long time to think about if I ever have anyone sit in the rear seats. Excited!

so does it unclip if need be? Cause I put my mountain bike in my car. If I get this, I don't want it to be in the way of the bike

Yes, it’s just 4 push clips at the top on panel between the trunk and cabin to remove it. I remove it when I go to the track. Easy peasy

I also bike and put my bike in the car with the panel removed. Fits without any problems.

Get some Instapak expanding foam #80 or #100 to reinforce the seatwell cover panels

The instapack is such a brilliant idea. I am going to look into this after the install!

I was thinking to remove the rear seats, but it looks that an extra brace is necessary. This is the factory rear seat delete of the 14r60 and it has additionally this:

An extra brace is not necessary. It may be advised though, depending on your use case.

Do you think that the rear seats don't contribute to the stiffening of the chassis? I am not sure, just wondering ...

I'm not sure if they do or not, but based on how they're installed I would doubt they do much to stiffen the chassis. There are aftermarket triangulated trunk braces (I'm still trying to acquire one myself) that I think do a much better job. I'm running a rear strut bar after my rear seat delete.

a piece of foam will do nothing for the chassis

I have an idea, use expanding foam and trash bag. Put a trash bag under and fill it with expanding foam, put weight on top and shave the excess out the trash bag hole where its injected at. Now you have a form fitted foam block to support more weight without adding too much more weight.

How about the noise? Is this (the new insulated version) louder than having the seats in?
