When I hear NA, I think mostly a stock car, not your car. I could imagine this 'record' being beaten easily by a sub 2400lbs build, would you still call that an NA record then? Heck why don't we just keep removing stuff until the car weighs 2000lbs. It would still be an NA record I guess.
Why are you so worked up about the NA Record? Do you have a time at TMP? Or do you just have nothing better to do than rain on someone’s parade? This time is unheard of for an NA by all definitions of Naturally Aspirated FRS/BRZ/86

NA stands for Naturally Aspirated, now yes he may have some really nice parts on the car but you cant take away that he drove the shit out of the car. This car has the most basic off the shelf bolt-ons, no fancy ACE header or crazy FD change.

The next guy can come out with a fully built and stroked engine with cams and destroy this time, and still be NA.

It could be an LS swapped twin and still technically be NA. As long as it's not turbo'd or supercharged it's still NA (though I suspect NOS wouldn't count as NA either)

There is a lack of initiative and leadership in this thread. As such, I will appoint myself as premier officiator for TMP lap records.

Route's NA record stands.

Have you seen some Facebook build threads? The window lickers out there think slanty wheels, stickers, and intentional rust is a build.

I back up your self-nomination.

I expect lap record reviews to take no more than 2-3 business days.

Thank you for your service.

Where records stand, questions of legitimacy follow. I am paid to question things, so don't mind me.

Where'd you come up with premier officiator?¿ And hang on a minute here, how come you're self appointed?!

Don't be off put by the naysayers. It's an impressive feat for an NA twin.

People are just salty they spent 4-5 grand on an Ace A350/tune and unicorn tuned Tein FLA's or BC coilovers and can't run the same times.

I'm sure the Motons, Advans and SPL suspension parts played a big part but those tools are useless without a good driver. Hats off to you my friend.
