My color yellow is spraycan magic. I used VHT High Temp Caliper spray cans Yellow and Orange paint. I sprayed a base coat of yellow and while the base coat was still wet I misted, from about 2 feet away, Orange color paint. It’s not perfect but it got me the DIY result I was looking for. I eventually painted black Brembo logos on top. Finished top coat of VHT High Temp Clear. |

Has anyone done the math for brake bias with having this BBK on the front and moving stock front rotors and calipers to rear? I read a comment on a youtube video of this conversation where someone said they did this. Not quite sure how it was fabricated to work but yeah. Thought I'd ask.

I'm getting ready to go forward with the install of my CTS-V swap. Just painted the calipers the other day.
I ended up purchasing the Brembo GT BBK for the rear. I'm hoping that this will balence the front out a bit. I got a really good deal on the kit. Trying to source the numbers for this calculator is next to impossible. http://www.tceperformanceproducts.com/bias-calculator/ Does anyone have these numbers handy or know where to find them? This is the link to the rear Brembo GT BBK: https://wheelwell.com/shop/brembo/br...&submodel=Base

I think the PP rear brembo caliper has 38mm pistons, and would assume those are the same. But I'm not completely sure on that.
The GM 4-pots have 42mm pistons, no staggered bore sizes. The fsm gives the brembos on the sti a 134mm effective radius, front and rear. That is probably the right ballpark. |

I did this swap and for a couple years now I’ve had the 2017 camaro 50th anniversary Brembo calipers. I want to swap the rear stock calipers to the four pot GM brembos to match. I have searched and even contacted CTSV brake swap to see if there was an option to do this but I’m coming up with no answers, does anyone have any info that might help? I did the front swap with spacers and some clearancing done to fit the stock wheels to keep the 10series look. You can check out my Instagram @stuckstickerco for pics of the swap since I’m not savvy enough to post them here.

Just completed this swap with stoptech drilled and slotted rotors and stoptech SS lines. I know drilled rotors suck but I got the set brand new for $90 off Amazon!
There is a tiny bit of pad overhang but it's minimal and nothing to worry about. Overall, it looks great and I recommend it if you're already fully modded NA (tune, headers, wheels, coils, etc). If anyone is interested, I have a 5 brand new ATS brembos with oem brembo pads, clips/pins available along with one bracket kit. These are directly from GM in Detroit. Production has stopped and they're unloading various production parts. I can rattle-can paint them with (2000F primer, VHT 900f Caliper paint and 550f clear coat with the Brembo sticker), or leave it alone for you to paint yourself. All you need to complete the set is the rotors, 14x2mm tap/die and 9/16 drill bit. SS brake lines are not required. PM me |

I looked through the thread but I never found confirmation of anyone trying these with 17x9 +35 RPF1s. Anyone tried it?

I don't believe they do due to the spoke design on the +35 RPF1's.

Just a quick update, I'm in the process of completing this set up over the winter & I have a set of 720form GTF1 in 17x8 +35.
I've read the these wheels do NOT clear the factory BBK, I was prepared to use extended lugs and the correct spacer needed if necessary however now that I have everything bolted up(minus my brake lines) this kit clears both the inner barrel as well as the spoke that was the issue with the factory BBK. There is over 2mm of clearance between the spoke & the calipers, it's very hard to get a picture of but I was pleasantly surprised to find everything seems to have cleared & worked out. I've added some crappy pics of dirty parts/wheels that will be cleaned when the car comes out for the spring lol.
