Cost me $80 AUD.. takes like 35-45mins depending on the persons dexterity.
I got someone else to do it obviously. YOU REALLY NEED SMALL HANDS. Remove the ECU bracket helps too. Oh.. and wear some plasters just after your knuckles. Your bound to get a whole lot of cuts from the metal down there, LOL. Might be a good idea to change your coilpacks while your doing the job too, do it right.

I did it during my turbo install and it wasn't too bad. I loosely followed these directions...

no one answer the lifting questions directly...when it comes to change mine, i will go the proper route and raise the engine.

Don't need to lift up the engine. With the right tools and SMALL hands its entirely possible. Don't forget anti-seize on the new plugs though LOLLL
