Abs from 2013 year model brz/frs to 2018 year model brz

Hello, does anyone know if abs pump module from 2013 year model frs/brz is compatible with 2018 year model subaru brz? And is re-programming required when you change abs pump module?

It would work with a repin, but you are best off buying a 2017+ module that matches your transmission.

The 2013-2016 units had different / more intrusive traction control modes.

Thank you, they cost way too much than previous models. Do you know what pins should be changed?

Couldn't cost any more than you slamming into something because your car's brakes aren't working.

The cost of replacing the ABS module with the correct one is a known cost. The cost of replacing the ABS module with an earlier one is unknown. The part may be less but the time to get it to work and possibility of mistakes and issues are greater. Are you only looking at new or have you searched for used?
