If your registration renewal doesn’t require it then don’t do it

I live in Washington. They don’t require anything. No more emissions even

That’s what I was leaninng towards anyway. Thanks for the suggestion. Been lurking here the past few days and already feels like I can this this place home.

Drove my FR/S home from the dealer today and it felt amazing. Came with open flash in the glove box too. I don’t know what mods it’s has, sound awfully loud (but a good loud, nice and deep) maybe catless.. anyway to find out what has been done to it (besides trying to look at the parts and maybe see a lable)…Dealer didn’t have much info besides the car fax and that is worthless.

Anyhow, I’m excited to be part of the family.

If it's an option, I would just like to exclude myself from the jerk group and enter into the approachable/accepted group LOL

I have traveled across the continent 3 times just to hang out with those the PNW/NorCal crowds. They are still jerks though.

Yesss Washingtonians taken over the board! Checkout the NW sub-section, too.

Do you have any pics of the engine bay? Maybe we can spot some things. The OFT is a nice freebie.

Well I worked out that either I have a groupe-s header or Tomei. Thanks to the guys in the thread I posted. Other than that I’m pretty sure my exhaust is aftermarket as well. I’ll take some pics this weekend after she gets a wash and wax and gets all pretty.

I just wanted to add I got my recall work done around ~62k and over 5k miles later, I haven't had a single issue, CEL, whatsoever. I feel better about my car (but that's probably cuz I'm a sucker for peace of mind) and I'm happy about having a recall-free car.

Keep an eye on your oil. Hopefully you had competent work done. What dealer did you have your recall work completed at?
