I guess I meant 13 given this perspective

I was thinking relativey to the starting point.

I love DCTC, it forces you to focus on safe driving as any off there will likely be a bad one. It also has a good variation of R/L turns depending on the setup, as well as some faster and a lot of slower speeds. Its a great way to learn your car, especially on prius tires.

My Rivals are basically done for my use after today, maybe 1 or 2 auto-x events and some beating around Fargo. I need more rims!

Did you record any runs? I'd be curious to see how our lines differed to me getting such slower times.

I saw Dereks line and theres a lot of body roll and sliding keeping me from hitting the corners like he did. I don't know what to go for first. Strut braces, wheels/tires or springs(coilovers would be a later investment).

Anyone have some lower priced wheels with decent tires they'd be looking to unload? I just want to get something else as soon as possible. Not too picky.

Tires are the biggest gain you get for the buck when starting to learn the BRZ, especially if you are new to RWD. Even if they are on the stock wheels. If you had some wheels, I'd sell you my current tires for relatively cheap, they will get you thru a couple days of auto-x and probably a day or two at the track(just nothing in the wet).

Drive your car doing what you want to do with it, see how it handles, and where your issues are. Some can be driver corrected, some can be easy suspension changes with out big $$ parts. No video of my driving.

Nope, taking it easy this month I think on my personal racing. Need to buy some parts for the BRZ and some other safety gear. Plus, sounds like I'm heading to NC for one of the Optima events end of the month.

Tires and brakes add up.... I need a sponsor.

Yes security is cracking down harder especially after the kid died last year at the first proving grounds. They also raised camping costs to weed out people who just go there to party.

I could not believe the mess that ZG left last year. No wonder they are banned, and for good reason, from the track.

I was thinking about doing an optima event at road America, but I had already planned on going to The Streets of Willow aug 30th. Quirt Crawford said he would join me if he was in town. Hoping to catch a ride in his turbo BRZ

Come out and watch if you're bored. I'm hoping to beat on a couple muscle cars out there
