Got an email from Natalie, now they are saying January. This is a joke.
The treatment you seem to get from both Toyota/Subaru is they won't tell you anything unless you call and harrass them. Then they might tell you something. I wish they would be upfront, that would be enough to make me happy, rather than play their silly games. If they told me a week ago I can't get a car till Jan, I wouldn't bother ordering. I am with Paragon, this is rediculous customer service |

Ok, so I ordered the car on launch day in person and I still haven't got an order no. or eta...
Can anyone suggest what I can do to get this information or chase it up? The salesperson seems to be beating around the bush about this. spr1nter ordered it not longer ago and got an order no. straight off the bat, I'm starting to wonder if someone stuffed up.... |

Just email brzcoordinator@subaru.com.au or use the contact us form on the brz website and ask for the information directly from them - the dealers are pretty much out of the loop here.

So when you sign in there is no order number? Sounds strange: Mine looks like this:
