Perrin oil cooler results are in…

So I had temps that were north of 280 on my last track day and the ambient temps were only in the 70’s out there.

Well I just got back from a 2 day HPDE and even pushing it harder than before with the ambient temps now touching 90… The highest the oil got was 232 so I’m calling that a W.

Granted I also now have reflective tape on the oil pan and switched from Mobil1 5W-30 to Amsoil Signature 5W-30 so that may have helped as well but watching those temps throughout the day gave me a huge sigh of relief.
