VSC minimizes stability control (different from traction control). But functionally it changes very little, as you'll only ever notice the behavior when the car is on its limits. All on; reels you in, keeps you from doing anything silly. VSC sport: reduces nannies a little bit. Traction off: 90% traction off, keeps brake LSD function enabled, stability control still sorta on? Both on: same as before, but stability mostly reduced, brake LSD still on (will cut power to wheels/apply brakes to keep traction) but only at the limits.
Pedal dance: disable all except ABS, allows for trail braking. Really it's stuff you'll never notice until the very limit of the car is reached.
