I talked with IAG and they said to stay 12.5:1 so I did. No this is their stage 2 shortblock. Mines filled with at least glitter and who knows what else. It doesnt even turn over. Here is what my short block is https://www.iagperformance.com/iag-s...ression-ratio/ so it is rated at 600bhp so it can handle the a maxed c38 they said

From your videos it looked like you got a used engine somewhere that was 100% functional so I assumed you took this working shortblock and traded it in/used as the core.

Can't wait to see this get to 600HP!

Installed a KillerB fa20 oil pickup, a Bluemoon Performance baffled oil plate, the oil pan, and install 5 exhaust studs (parts number 800910550).

So I didn't film most of the install because it took me nearly 5 hours to get the IC/JR oilcooler/SC cooler installed. They do a complete piss poor job at making instructions for the supercharged oilcooler installer. I had to keep jumping back and forth between the 2 and after nearly 4 hours i looked up speed academy's video. They had an AC delete which made sense and i noticed the bottom AC bracket touched and just barely didnt clear. Delete that and another bracket I broke a bolt off of.

Just need a few vacuum lines and oil line and i should be good

But seriously as someone that has written somewhere around 10,000 pages of documents for work, Jackson Racing hire a fucking technical writer. I dont need a wall of text for every step with random pictures thrown in. They arent helpful. Rule of thumb at my work is if your grandma can't figure out that step on her own, add a picture. Seriously all you have to do is label each part with a letter then give maybe 3 incomplete sentences and a picture per step

All the real power is 5.5k and above. I took a few events to actually start going for it. It looks like the trans and axles are holding so that is good. It does feel a bit understeery and that was the only run I didn't screw up 1 or both turn around. I might switch my front sway bar to full stiff because i was having trouble getting the back end around on the turn arounds.

I'm actually thinking about just keeping the car and when my wrx comes in keeping it stock. It is too fun to get rid of
