Ahh finally someone did it.

Looks like the 86 bumper utilizes all of the lower air dam space, where the subaru has to add some blackness becuase the smiley face is actually thinner than the 86 grille.
And the vents on the side is much simpler and better looking than the wierd teardrop shape the BRZ is using.

Overall much simpler and cleaner. Is it better? Perhaps. I have warmed up to the Subaru face so i dont mind it. But the 86 renders lack the 3 dimensionality of the entire car.

All of the 86 renders, shops, and patent drawings make me like the Toyota version of the 2nd gen much more than the BRZ...

I think one reason the BRZ bumper looks weird is half the press photos are taken from the POV of someone laying on the dang ground. No one in real life sees a car that way!

The photos that actually show the car from where your eye will see it make the car look far better and proportional.

Seems like having a front plate does less damage to the appearance of the GR86 compared to the BRZ.

Some states don't require front license plates.
I guess you could put some Supreme stickers on that flat section on the BRZ instead?
