It's cool! That is what I was trying to avoid. I've had the button get pushed in the trunk on accident.

Also, the one time I used valet, (I had to at a hotel in Portland OR) they curbed my wheel, rear bumper, and mud guard. I didn't check as my wife and I were leaving. Later that day when I noticed and called the manager, he told me to "prove it." My car was brand new.

If you want to talk about uselessness and redundancy, how about having an actual human shift gears when a computer does it significantly faster and more efficiently

Yes indeed but a time will come when that mechanical interface will be sought after.

It fits an OFT perfectly. I'm not sure if @shiv intended for it to work like that for safety reasons due to the proximity of the shifter, but it does perfectly fit right in that little box below the climate controls.

Probably not something that would pass a tech check at AutoX though.

The OFT is an alien-tech power 3 programmer shiv did not even know that device would fit nor did he design it.

Also you tagged the wrong person in the post You want @Shiv@Openflash

Drilled mine out, actually like it louder. Would swop it for. A rear wiper though.

Got to be careful as deleting the sound tube will expose how useless the engine is at making that distinctive flat four warble.

How about the useless cupholders. Door pockets too big for coffee and centre console in the way of my elbow.
