Did the rear tow hook (for track days). Found one that had a smaller ring compare to the one that came with the car. Painted it black. Looks more form fitting to me. Part number is 57805ag00a.

Original plan was to use Raceseng's tow hook but found out that it would not fit the front without trimming the painted lip (the oem hook does). So decided to just do oem front and back. Front pics soon.

And here is the front. Changed paint color from black gross to black satin, blends in with the surrounding plastic area better.

The catalyst is attached to the mount with the help of a random piece of plastic that was sanded with very rough sand paper to help with adhesion.
--Catalyst to plastic, 3M double sided tape, the 30lb version.
--plastic to phone mount, crazy glue. Sealed it off with some rtv, probably not needed but whatever.

Wire management is just 3M double sided tape.
Isn't that mounted to the top of the passenger-side airbag, kinda explosive launch-style?

Clear side markers and 35% tint since it's Oregon's limit (and I just tend to stay on the side of caution). Side markers were extremely easy to install and comes with amber LEDs. The 35% tint was SunTek CXP and I don't have any complaints about it. It looks great to me.

It looks great now for sure. Every morning I find cat paw prints on my hood though. Kind of cute but it's a bit of an insult after washing the car after work week.

I installed my rear license plate today. I had asked the dealership not to drill the front plate holes and they decided not to drill the rear plates either. So I got some half inch rubber and brass well nuts from Amazon and they did the trick. I've got the plate and a silicone frame held on with four bolts and then the decorative stupid frame on top.

RCE SS1 coilovers came in. Just also ordered 4-pot front/2-pot rear brembo GT kit. Also 10mm front eibach spacers (the picture shows 10 studs as well...Anyone can confirm these studs are 10mm longer than stock?)

https://www.subispeed.com/part/s90-6...x#.YiZj8nrMJPZ

I figure it will be easier for me to install the brakes, spacer&studs, and the coilovers all at once.

Will post pics when it's done! Just need to wait till July to get my 18x8.5 +40 Enkei TSVs to complete my first round of upgrades

Recently finished building mine. Or at least the mini version, maybe closest I'll get to it this year. Was hoping to have an idea when I'd get the car by the time I finished, but alas.

Interesting. I'm somewhat intrigued by the mirror, but what really has the gears turning is the idea of repurposing that wire harness for powering other accessories (a dash cam in particular).

Does the wiring it splices into have a keyed 12v and always on 12v? Or is it strictly ignition powered?

Picked up the GR shift knob and auto dimming mirror and installed them before work in the parking lot. Definitely some weird looks from people walking by.

Hah, nice. Can you share a pic or two of how the shifter area looks with the GR knob installed? Haven't seen any pics of what it looks like installed. In Toyota's pic it looks like it's being used in conjunction with a short shifter.

Hmm, I think its ignition powered but not 100%, will confirm when I get a chance by covering the light detector on a sunny day with the ignition off.
