@radroach That’s the goal if the SS doesn’t pan out. I’ve been eyeing a Matrix XRS with 120k miles on it.
@Summerwolf I owned a Cobalt SS turbo from Dec 2010 - Sept 2015. It was a great car, although I never modded it beyond a short ram intake. You’re probably right about that, though. One regret I had was never tuning the SS. Back then, GM offered a tune package that would push the whp around 300 iirc for under $600. Like I said, though, reliability’s a must. Idk if I will be willing to mess with the motor characteristics too much at the detriment of daily driver usage, y’know? 300 whp sounds amazing, but I feel it’ll come at the cost of reliability. |
