Can anyone explain to me how you would hook a turbo up to this design? Their normal turbo header has a different direction for the vband, yet this design says it is compatible with that kit.

While I'm not 100% on this, I did talk to Paul briefly, and the plan is, if you send them the header, they add on the wastegate flange, and send you the kit. they probably modify the header, or the pipe after the vband to make it work. Once again, the second part is just speculation, but that's what I would guess.

I'm always down to hang out with other owners. I'm off from work wed, and sundays.. as well as most afternoons. I bartend so I have an odd schedule.

Phil and Josh only drove the car with the P&L header back, and 85 tune. I should have the header back on soon, as well as a the intake on the car shortly.

I passed on the last batch that went out so they could get them to customers who were waiting from out of town. Besides, I need to rework a little bit of the exhaust to make it to my satisfaction.

They were pretty geeked about it. I come from the high compression B series world. I made 240 whp out of my stock OEM 1.8 block. I know this motor is capable of that at least and more NA. Simply more company's need to get on it.

That was a picture of the prototype. The final product doesn't have the extra bung, and yes, everything hooks up to the stock location.

Can we get some sound video's of this header? There hasn't been anything from outside the car yet to my knowledge.

Thanks,

P&L site now has an options for the extra Wideband 02 bung and so if you want to run an Air/Fuel ratio gauge you can easily do so. And if you don't, just don't opt for it.

Thanks,
I was actually going to get that for everyone last week when I put the Header back on my car. However after a certain "unnamed" vendor took a swipe at the header I decided to send it to a third party for a review.

According to the tracking number it should be at his doorstep within the next few hours.

Care to elaborate? I can see what you are saying but I'm unaware of any drama surrounding this? or what swipe means and how sending that to a third party does anything in regards to that?

Thanks for the info

I remember someone saying all these companies seem to be inflating their header gains by going from baseline to e85 however i don't see that as a swipe so im sure thats not what your talking about.
